1. Clean cage crusher
A dust-free cage crusher, also known as a dust-free urea crusher, is a fertilizer crusher used for crushing hard materials such as urea, MAP, DAP, etc. It uses a belt conveyor to transport composite fertilizer materials to a cage crusher. Then the material is sent to the dust collector, thus solving the dust problem. It is an inevitable part of small-scale nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizer production.
2. Horizontal fertilizer mixer
The composition of fertilizers needs to maintain a certain mixing ratio, and this horizontal mixer is specifically designed for mixing N, P, K elements and other chemical elements in the production process of NPK compound fertilizers.
3. Double roll granulator
After the mixing process, the mixture is transported to a double roll extrusion granulator, which is formed into fertilizer form before drying. The double roll extrusion granulator adopts room temperature production technology and is a one-step forming machine for producing compound fertilizer particles, especially suitable for small-scale fertilizer production lines.
4. Fertilizer screening machine
After granulation is completed, the extruded granular NPK fertilizer is sieved to remove excess material or any fine particles or dust related to the fertilizer. The excess fertilizer is sent back to the crusher for further processing, and the dust will also return to the mixture and be added to the first mixer during this process. By recovering the by-products, there is no waste in this process.
5. Fully automatic fertilizer packaging machine
After screening, the fertilizer is packaged into finished products of different specifications by a packaging machine and sold worldwide.
