Introduction to Biological Organic Fertilizer Production Line

The bio organic fertilizer production line is usually used to process different fermented organic compounds into bio organic fertilizers. It adopts one-step molding technology. Animal manure and agricultural waste are recycled as the main raw materials, so manure or manure waste not only creates economic benefits for enterprises, but also makes great contributions to human environmental protection projects, and has been favored by people. Today, we will introduce the production process of bio organic fertilizers in detail.

Scope of raw materials for bio organic fertilizer production line

1. Agricultural waste: straw, soybean residue, cotton residue, rice bran, etc.

2. Animal manure: a mixture of poultry manure and animal waste, such as waste from slaughterhouses, fish markets, urine and feces from cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, goats, etc.

3. Industrial waste: distiller's grains, vinegar residue, cassava residue, sugar dross, furfural residue, etc.

4. Household waste: food waste, roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.

5. Sludge: Sludge from rivers, sewers, etc.

Characteristics of bio organic fertilizer production line

This production line mainly uses animal manure and agricultural waste as raw materials, which not only converts waste into valuable things, but also protects the environment.

2. The entire fertilizer production process is centrally controlled, so this series of fertilizer machines has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate.

3. The ingredient system and packaging system are both controlled by computers, ensuring the accuracy of material ingredients and fertilizer packaging.

4. High quality, stable performance, compact process layout, advanced technology, and easy maintenance.

The workflow of the bio organic fertilizer production line

The organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment from raw material collection to organic fertilizer packaging.

The fermentation process of organic materials plays a preliminary but indispensable role in the entire production line. Two main types of compost turners are widely used for turning and mixing compost to accelerate fermentation speed: self-propelled compost turners and hydraulic compost turners.

Crushing process: The compost blocks should be ground before the granulation process. But when the compost material is fine enough, we can omit the crushing process. Vertical chain crusher and double axis horizontal crusher can be used to crush block compost fertilizer raw materials.

During the mixing process, the fertilizer production line uses two types of mixers to mix raw materials: horizontal mixers and vertical mixers.

Drying process. When granulation, the moisture content of fertilizer raw materials should be less than 25%, so if the moisture content exceeds 25%, we should dry the raw materials. Drum dryer is mainly used for drying fertilizers with certain humidity and particle size.

Next is the granulation process. The granulation process is the core part of this production line, so we choose the appropriate fertilizer granulator model according to the specific requirements of our customers. A disc granulator can be used to uniformly granulate the material.

The drum cooler is used to cool fertilizers, making the fertilizer particles more solid.

The rotary drum screening machine is used to separate particles from large particles that need to be returned for secondary crushing and granulation. The drum coating machine is used for coating fertilizers to prevent them from sticking together.

The final process is the packaging process. The fertilizer packaging machine can automatically package bags in a quantitative manner. We also need some auxiliary equipment for connection, such as belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.

Based on years of exploration, lito Technology has developed a more cost-effective production line for bio organic fertilizers, solving the problems encountered by enterprises in production. If you are interested, you can contact us.
