Process flow of liquid water-soluble fertilizer

  Liquid fertilizer, also known as fluid fertilizer, is a liquid product containing one or more nutrients required by crops. Due to its water solubility, liquid fertilizer is widely used by farmers in agricultural production. As demand increases, liquid water-soluble fertilizer filling machines are becoming increasingly popular among fertilizer companies.

  According to industry standards, there are generally six types of liquid fertilizers on the market: amino acids, humic acid, trace elements, medium elements, macroelements, and organic water-soluble fertilizers. Among them, organic water-soluble fertilizers are enterprise standards.

  Main advantages of liquid water-soluble fertilizer

  ① Low production cost and pollution-free: Production enterprises can save some equipment and devices for producing solid fertilizers, such as spraying, granulation, drying, etc., and the production process is free of dust and smoke, which will not cause environmental pollution and harm to human health.

  ② High fertilizer efficiency and easy absorption: Solid fertilizers can generally only be absorbed by crops by about 30%, while liquid fertilizers can be absorbed by crops by more than 80%, significantly improving their utilization rate. In addition, solid fertilizers must undergo a process of dissolving into liquid when absorbed by crops, while liquid fertilizers can be directly absorbed by crops, increasing the absorption rate.

  ③ Uniform mixing: Compared with solid fertilizers, liquid fertilizers are more uniform, and any drop in a fully mixed solution contains completely consistent effective ingredients. And it is easy to use in combination with pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, etc.

  ④ The formula is easy to adjust and convenient for fertilization: specialized fertilizers are often formulated for different soils and crops. The process of producing solid fertilizers is much more complex than producing liquid fertilizers. But when producing liquid fertilizers, it is more convenient to adjust.

  Detailed introduction of liquid water-soluble fertilizer equipment

  Equipment configuration

  The front-end configuration is: feeding+automatic batching+automatic mixing+automatic chelation+automatic filtration to the finished product storage tank, and the back-end configuration is bottle filling line and barrel filling line.

  The bottling line section includes: automatic bottle sorting and feeding, automatic metering and filling, automatic capping and capping, automatic aluminum foil sealing, automatic coding and labeling, automatic box loading and unpacking, automatic box code association, automatic box sealing and packaging, and robot code box;

  The barrel loading line section consists of automatic barrel loading and unloading, automatic weighing and filling, automatic lid capping/screwing, automatic coding, and robot coded barrels. Suitable for large-scale fertilizer production enterprises or fertilizer manufacturers with high requirements for production capacity, output, and product types to choose and purchase.

  Process flow

  After feeding raw materials of different formulas into the raw material warehouse, they enter the automatic batching and mixing section, where agglomerated and granular raw materials are equipped with automatic crushing and crushing systems, as well as pulse dust removal systems. After uniform mixing, the raw materials are automatically discharged into the reaction kettle, and after stirring, chelation, emulsification, and filtering to remove impurities, they enter the finished liquid storage tank. The finished liquid materials are transported by the conveying pump to the filling machine for automatic metering and filling. There are models of filling machines with different numbers of filling rods, such as four head, six head, eight head, etc., to choose from. The filling rods can be lifted and filled at the same time, equipped with anti drip devices, adjustable filling speed and capacity, and automatically complete a series of automated operations such as counting the number of barrels and not filling without barrels.  Liquid water-soluble fertilizer equipment
