DMPP compound
DMPP is a chemical additive used in fertilizers, and its full name is 3,4-dimethylpyridine phosphate. DMPP can inhibit nitrite oxidizing bacteria in soil, thereby reducing nitrite production, improving fertilizer utilization efficiency, and reducing nitrogen loss and pollution. In agricultural production, DMPP can be added to fertilizers such as nitrogen, urea, and organic fertilizers to improve nitrogen use efficiency and reduce nitrogen loss. The use of DMPP fertilizer can increase plant nitrogen absorption efficiency while reducing fertilizer application, thereby increasing crop yield and improving quality.
